2. Our Services

Tech Hive Inc. provides the following lines of business, each of which may be subject to additional terms disclosed at the point of purchase:

• E-Commerce: Sales of clothing brands and sports apparel, IT hardware, peripherals, and related equipment shipped to the Customer’s specified address.

3. Account Registration

You may be required to create an account to access certain Services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep this information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Tech Hive promptly if you become aware of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

4. Orders and Payment

The following terms apply to purchases, registrations, and paid Services:

• Tech Hive reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, or violation of these Terms.

5. Race Registrations

Race registration slots are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis upon successful payment.

Race kits, bib numbers, and event details will be communicated through the email address provided during registration.

Event dates, venues, or formats may be adjusted by the organizer due to circumstances beyond Tech Hive’s control, including weather conditions, force majeure events, government regulations, safety concerns, or other circumstances affecting the proper conduct of the event. Affected participants will be notified through the contact information provided during registration.

6. Software Solutions (Server & School Management Systems)

Access to Tech Hive’s software solutions is granted under a license or subscription model as specified in the applicable order form or service agreement.

Continued access is contingent upon active and current subscription payments. Tech Hive retains all intellectual property rights over its software and related materials.

Customers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software solely for their internal business or institutional operations, subject to the applicable license or service agreement.

7. Shipping and Delivery of Goods

For physical goods purchased through our e-commerce store, Tech Hive will provide shipment tracking information once the order has been dispatched.

Estimated delivery timeframes will be indicated at checkout and may vary depending on the Customer’s location, courier availability, weather conditions, holidays, and other circumstances beyond Tech Hive’s reasonable control.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer upon delivery to the address provided during checkout, subject to applicable law and the terms of the applicable courier or logistics provider.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, images, designs, software, systems, documentation, and other materials, is the property of Tech Hive Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
